I started this company because I have a passion for baking and art. I get to combine two things that I love and share it with others.
I have always loved to bake but, never liked the way decorated cakes looked. I have learned that it doesn't have to be the old fashioned gooey icing and plastic toppers. I can now sculpt the cake to any shape you want and do sugar sculptures for adornments. I can create anything from the wacky to very elegant. I really like to make one of a kind cakes that are designed just for you. I am self taught and because was a baker first, it is very important that these cakes taste fantastic. I have developed great old fashion butter cake and butter cream recipes that can not be beat. We take pride in being prefectionist so that you will get the very best look and flavor that can be made into one cake.
My husband and others that have seen me at work will say that they know I have found what I was meant to do. I hope you will enjoy eating them as much as I enjoy making them!
